i have two sons, 8 and 10, i have been divorced from their dad for 8 years. my sons relationship with their dad has been deteriorating for the last 12-18 months and they had a big row with him and have refused to visit, this was 5 weeks ago. the 8 year old pretty much hates his dad and isnt too bad, but the 10 yr old is starting to miss him, his dad hasnt contacted hime once in the 5 weeks, so he has just rung him, they had a big row again and the dad hung up on him, son was sobbing his heart out.. he has settled now but i dont know what to do to make it better for them,. please dont suggest i talk to his dad as this is not possible, (this is down to him not me). the kids want him to apologise for how he has treated them but he just blames them...what would you do?

I decided to recently start a jogging regemin of about 20-30 minutes 3 times a week about two days apart. It works well with my schedule but recently a friend of mine who is studying bioengineering told me that jogging is actually too strenuous and damaging to the body and can lead to problems such as arthritis later on. He said I should try swimming (Which irritates me because he knows I can't swim) since it is lower in stress. I really do enjoy jogging, though, and want to know if there is really any truth to what my friend has been telling me. If so is there a better cardio workout I can do?

When somebody gets completley obsessed by another person & is indinial constantly about the reality.
I.e think there in a relationship but the other person couldn't make it clearer there not. they constantly fabricate a reality to people which they actually believe not lie about.

This young woman had purple hair styled into a mohawk, a variety of tattoos and strange clothing.

It was determined that the patient had acute appendicitis and was scheduled for immediate surgery.

When she was completely disrobed on the operating table, the staff found that her pubic hair had been dyed green, and above it was a tattoo reading, ''Keep off the grass.''

I purchased a Lenovo desktop computer 3 months before.From the begining some noises like creck,creck comes from the harddisk.The service engineer replaced new harddisk,but the new one also make the same noises.After the service engineer replace motherboard,SMBS,data cable and try to solve the issue but the noises continues.Tried the third harddisk also there is no improvement.Chek with power supply,earthing,UPS all in good condition.Harddisk reading time only the noises appears.Working applications,virusscaning,listening musics,Nero,DVD R/W all other times and initial booting times there is no noises but works very quiet.Fans also working good with usual humming.Changing applications&files from one to another the noises persists.I confirmed the noises only comes from the harddisk(80GB).Even tried with three harddisks also no one not able to solve this case.Lenovo quitely told that the noises are a normal one.But I check with some other lenovo computers they all working good.Please help
