Depending on your metabolism you may or may not bea able to reach your goal. If you drink alcohol, stop. Alcohol slows the metabolism. Also you need to exercise every day. For regular weight loss you should exercise at least 30 minutes per day. For your lofty goals you should try for 1 to 2 hours per day. Even if it's split up. Also lower your food intake. Make your meals as usual then remove half of that meal and give it to your dog. Don't eat after 7 PM and always eat a healthy filling breakfast. Stop drinking caffeine (it stimulates the appetite) and snack on vegetable (without cheese sauce). It's not easy but when you see the results, you'll be motivated to keep it up. Move more, eat less.

The healthiest thank you to lost weight is to lose a million-2 pounds a week. you may loose 20-40 pounds in 5 months. this is truly achieveable. Drink lots of water and jog or walk a mile an afternoon. that's what I do.

Dude, ask yourself this question. How much water do you drink? I maintain 200 lbs on the same height frame by starting the day with 8 oz. glass of water and continue the hydration all day. It limits the food intake to a minimum without feeling hungry. You'll lose the weight!

eat three meals a day that's healthy for you not junk food. If you by something that says it'll help you loose weight check the ingredients and if one of the first four ingredients has something to do with sugar then don't get it. And your meals souldn't be so big and if you have desert one night don't have it the next.
