You can have an orgasm while you're a virgin. Why not try it out with a vibrator and find out? That's how I did when I was a virgin.
If you're a guy, you'll be able to tell how she acts. The sure way to know is when you'll feel it when you're inside of her.

I agree that you will know.
For me it's like a full body experience, that starts in my pelvic area and spreads thoughout my entire body. Your breathing will change, and you will feel the contractions of your vagina.
You don't necessarily use a vibrator, it is possible to do it with your finger. Penetration is not necessary, because I can have one during oral sex. Another way is with a stream of water, i.e. if you have a handheld showerhead, or a spout in the tub.
