Just bought two family. What happens to current tenants lease? Do we start fresh or does it carry over still?

meaning - Can I change it and ammend it? Or do I have to wait til the date is up on their current lease for me to make any changes to it??

A cop was patrolling late at night in a well-known spot.
He sees a couple in a car, with the interior light brightly glowing.
The cop carefully approaches the car to get a closer look.
Then he sees a young man behind the wheel, reading a computer
magazine. He immediately notices a young woman in the rear seat, knitting.
Puzzled by this surprising situation, the cop walks to the car and
gently raps on the driver's window.
The young man lowers his window. "Uh, yes, officer?"
The cop says: "What are you doing?"
The young man says: "Well Officer, I'm reading a magazine."
Pointing towards the young woman in the back seat the cop says:
"And her, what is she doing?"
The young man shrugs: "Sir, I believe she's knitting a pull over sweater."
Now, the cop is totally confused. A young couple, alone, in a car,

at night in a Lover's lane...and nothing obscene is happening!
The cop asks: "What's your age, young man?" The young man says "I'm 22, sir."
The cop asks: "And her...what's her age?"
The young man looks at his watch and replies: "She'll be 18 in 11 minutes.

My momma took me to visit my grandma.
My mom says "she is vegetable now"
so I did guess she need water a lot .

im 18 im a normal girl,i used to have friends at my old highschool which i have known since elementary school .guys would always talk 2 me and girls would try to be like me ,the problem was they were all bad friends which only drink ,smokeweed,and ditch school also party to much.i didnt want that for me and they saw a big change in me and lost interest in me ,they didnt hang out with me much and said i was becoming a geek that i only think about my grades,dont want 2 party. so i transfered 2 another school but i dont know how 2 make friends their .i want 2 finish highschool ,go 2 college .i want friend who think like me,my family say i am 2 serious and i grew up 2 fast ,i dont think like that i want 2 have fun go out but with the right people .what can i do 2 make friend who think like me .im not stuck up at all ,i just dont know how 2 make new friend or were 2 meet new people.help please.i forgot how 2 be social ,im friendly but dont know how 2 be outgoing any advice or tips. thankyou

My questions are: What happens to the energy that is created when the tectonic plates crash against or slip by each other? Wouldn't energy just keep building up with even greater force from each occurrence and wouldn't the energy be forced towards a specific direction? What would be the ultimate result from that ever-accumulating energy? Doesn't the visible evidence of the planet's land mass splitting apart (which could split Ethiopia and eventually perhaps other continents apart on dry land, too) an indication of that ever-accumulating and dangerously powerful energy building up, and again, to what end? I am going out with some friends tomorrow night & was just wondering if this would look okay-good. A halter neck j-lo cut top in a black with a pair of levis jeans & a sandel with a handbag.

My step mom had bought the top for me a few days ago. So was just thinking of wearing that to go out tomorrow night??? Comments?? My hair will be blow dried (shoulder lenght hair) & i will have make up done.

I made chili with 100% organic ingredients. So it cost more than the average chili, but I love it. This time I I used just a little too much chili pepper and it is a tad bit too hot. How can I soften it up? Would adding more dice tomatoes in sauce help to sweeten it?
