All of them.
Even the CMOS because the BIOS setup is a program stored in the CMOS.

Instructions can be sent to the CPU from any form of internal or external data storage.
All the devices you mention store data.

They are, however, often sent to system RAM first ... from where they can be accessed more quickly.
For even quicker access they are stored in onboard or CPU cache & sent to or accessed by the CPU from there.

the os is on the harddrive w\ the program which is sent to the ram by the rom\cmos\cpu\ram\graphics chip(gpu or onboard). then back a forth between all of them over and over to send the image to the screen. so all of the above. need more info as to what your trying to figure out.
