Despite an international ban on the killing of whales the Japanese government has ordered the slaughter of 850 minke whales this winter and 10 fin whales, as part of what it calls its programme of scientific research. This is, of course, a lie. The fact is that the whales will be sold for food.

Indeed, Restaurant chain Lucky Pierrot is sells a deep fried minke whale meat burger with lettuce and mayonnaise for $3.50 at its 10 restaurants in Hakodate on Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido

Whales are probably the most intelligent of non-human animals and almost certainly self aware. What possible morally acceptable excuse is there for a well fed, modern, industrialized nation to kill whales to turn into burgers?

girls...is it the truth, jealousy or what?

I have a mate at work who i helped a lot, she has great esteem for me, she really appreciate me as a gud friend,

I recently proposed the best friend of the work mate. (the work mate has a boyfriend and i know him). but when i proposed her she didn't say anything. she was shy, i even gave her a red rose of which she was v.happy, so i guess she need some time to think over it,

but two days later while having a conversation with my work mate she told me that her friend(the 1 i proposed) has a boyfriend?

on the day i went out with her ,she liked my rose, she was shy and didn't say anything. i played with her hand, etc,,, it was nice.

Well if she had a boyfriend why would she go out with me to cinema and pub? and when i asked her out why she didn't tell me she is busy with someone? or is my work mate jealous? but why would she?she has a bf.
help!!!!!

I have 2 cars that I can no longer afford. I have tried selling one of the cars but?

unsuccessfully. One of the cars does not show up on my credit report, and someone suggested that I just take it back to the dealership and leave it with them, as they say it will not affect my credit since it has been 3 years and not shown up at all (dealer financed). Other option was to trade in both cars for one, thus consolidating my payment / insurance / etc. Any suggestions? (the car I'd like to get, not that it matters much, but is a hybrid vehicle, so I would save some money on gas... hahaha)

2004 Chrysler Concorde with 49000 miles and the problem with oil light when i put my foot on the gas the?

light goes off. when i stop it comes on? I recently got an oil change and it is still doing the same thing any idea what is causing this? And should i be worried?

why do women with children stay in abusive relationships?

these are strong words, but do they find an abusive relationship sexually gratifying and pleasurable? are they too lazy to move out and do things on their own? isnt it selfish to think about bills, assets, and this hopeless concept of a perfect family of a mother and father if it just isnt in the cards? also, dont they realize they are damaging their children. just curious. thanks.

Review For My Business Website. Please Help?

OK so my husband and I have this online website that we started for our company and this is what we have so far. We have over 3,000 items and are trying to get them on our website. We doin this site ourselves with the help of our customer service support but would really appreciate feedback.
