If I have dreams, doesn't that mean I'm in a deep sleep so I would be getting "quality" sleep?

Qualty sleep is different people some require more then others. A good night sleep is being able to go to bed with out first of all alot of negative things on your mind. Dreaming is something all of us do some just remember theres and others do not. Most think that they feel as though they were dreaming all night . A dream is actully only a very short time. But trying to stay focused on getting more a regular bed time schedule is help full. good Luck

Quality sleep Consists of Time. Enough time to spend time in the 3 levels of sleep
The room to sleep in should be dark or wear a sleep mask. The room shopuld mot be too hot or too cool too warm and not too cook
A Bedtime routine will signal to the brain that it's time to sleep.
And most importantly, Start with a Gental voice to say goodnght.

Dreams are in REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Deep sleep is stage 4 sleep. You need both kinds. Quality sleep could be defined as feeling rested when you waken.

dreams have nothing to do with quality sleep. they always come in the REM phase. Quality sleep means- you get totally energized and free of all tiredness.
