watch out for dehydration, and try not to get too cold, as quickly drying sweat can cause the skin to cool too quickly and cause the body to lessen blood flow to the skin. normally though there should be no problems.

Nice question. If you come closely in contact with persons having contagious disease which can be transimited through air; there are chances of getting infected. One person from LA learnt yoga & started his coaching classes. He had visited some foreign countries and was infected with Tuberculosis virus. He started his training programs in enclosed chamber (air conditioned) and lot of his students including some prominent personalities were detected with TB.

Given that x-country skiers do the 15K when it's -20, I don't think air-conditioning would be a big issue.
