Diet: Eat breakfast every morning. Have 5-6 small meals spaced 3 hours apart. Make sure every meals contains carbs (the good kind) fats(good kind) and protein. Include 2 serves of fruit and 5 of veg in your daily meal plan and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It really helps to keep a diet diary and write down everything you eat and drink. This can help you pinpoint where improvements need to be made. Stay away from junk foods, pastry and creamy anything.
Exercise:30 mins of moderate exercise 5 times per week is a good start and not excessive. Try walking or getting a pedometer and aiming for the magic 10000 steps per day. Incidental exercise also helps increase you activity. Take stairs instead of lifts, park futher away from the entrance to shops and get up and change the tv station on the tv instead of with the remote.

i got my best results with the atkins diet. you don't have to be hungry, u can eat pretty much as mcuh as u want u just have to stay away from carbs. the dr that invented that diet was dr. robert atkins........ the idea is pretty simple. when u consume too many carbs the body turns it into fat. if u don't take in carbs the body burns the fat for energy. there are books on it to tell u exactly what u can eat and what not. from the what u can eat list u have no amount limits really and it gradually puts carbs back into the diet, with limited amounts to let the body adjust. check it out and try it, it's worth it

Hot peppers added to food increases your metabolisum and a small amount of ginger will help you pass fat from foods. ~The closest to no diet plan I have.. sorry!
