In conversation, I will refer to my Family - cousins, uncles, aunts, not my nuclear family. To avoid confusing listeners is there a better way to describe an extensive family in conversation so the listern knows I'm refering to a generation, not just mom & pop.

i have a good amount of belly fat, and im afraid of losing too much weight..and i like to have curves but i want to lose a little big of my belly....if i do 500 crunches a day and drink lots of water and eat healthy...will i lose weight?? how long will it take to lose 20 pounds off my belly only??

also ..no stupid answers..and i want this weight loss to be long term...i dont wanna only lose water weight...then gain it all back...

I was looking to start playing bass and no one I know knows how to play. I am going to learn how to play by lessons. Anyways I have a few questions:
What kind should I get?
What is the average price I'm looking at?
How long will it take me to learn to play?
Is it possible to just listen to a song and learn how to play it if you have been playing for a long time?

I'll try 2 explain a little better this time. he is taking the right amount. but the thing is that when he is on them he is fine he is very healthy but the problem is that when he mises them even 1 day he cant function get gets very tired and cant think and i don't think it can be healthy to have that much of a dependence on vitamins. the things he takes are a liquid vitamin supplement, a vitamin c with hesperidin complex its a powder thing you mix with water and a thing that adds oxygen to your water. that is all the info i can give last time i listed the actual product and they would not let me post it.

Is an employer allowed to check all incoming and outgoing emails? Isn't this lack of trust and a control issue? If he suspects one person of misusing emails and/or not doing his or her work properly shouldn't "only" that person be spyed on?
Believe me it's not creating a great work atmoshpere

He is very well taken care of, lives like the king of the jungle, but if he keeps on having late night conversation which wake my baby, walk all over my head when I am sleeping, he will be an alley cat real soon!
Just joking for you animal lovers, But how do I get him to be quiet? He talk ALOT and at night he likes to jump into my babys crib, walk all over my head when im sleeping and go up and down the steps all night long!
