What should I add to my tattoo?

I have a this picture http://download.sigur-ros.co.uk/art/raf-big.jpg on my back starting from the bottom of my neck to nearly the middle of my back. And I was wondering, since it has the cool little lightning bolt type things at the hands and feet, I should add something onto it. So any ideas? Thnkyou

Also, this is just a picture. The actual tattoo on my back is very very detailed and shaded.

Hmmm...first off the image that you have chosen is rather interesting. I'd like to learn more about where the idea came from!

I take it to mean that your idea of creation is that we (humans) perhaps did not originate from this planet. The hands are very human (almost like the "Creation of Adam" and with similar details) shown on the Cistine Chapel in Rome) however the proportions (I'm assuming) are purposefully augmented. The wings are also not like any I have seen in our 'natural' world.

That all being said if I were to add anything to it since you have it started below your neck...I doubt you'll want to add above. BELOW the tattoo is you lower back and symbolically I feel that adding here may be what you are thinking.

Here is my idea:

Location: Lower back
Size: spanning the width of your hips
Shape: half/semi-circle with the curvature up so that it looks like a rounded hill.

Once you have that shape down (representing the Earth's hemisphere) I would place on it buildings and locations (drawn in perspective) of particular significance to you. Some of these may include; Stonehenge, the Eifel tower, a temple/church/religious building with spire, the NY city skyline (featuring the statue of liberty and/or the Empire State Building...who's motto is "Excelsior" which means, "ever upward") or something to the like if you catch my dirft. Bascially the tattoo below you 'main'/current tattoo would signify the Earth's wonders, of both pain and pleasure. Things that our society has created over the years. I feel that this may further define the meaning of your tattoo (assuming I understand the meaning at all) and help others to understand it as well.

Maybe colour it in and add a little more detail on the wings and body and so on.......

if you like it the way it is then leave it alone but if you think it needs something else, go for it. i can't think of anything that would make it look better or accentuate it.

horns on the head and flames of the wings and add color to it all.
