No. There is a slight risk of STD transmission if the swallower has mouth sores or recent dental work and the emiter has an STD.

While it is theoretically possible to spread HIV this way, they have never found one case of this conclusively happening.

No, not at all. Semen has been found to be high in protein which means it is great for your hair, but consuming too much can make you sick. There have been accounts of "ladies" involved in gang bangs in which they swallowed a lot of semen and had to get their stomachs pumped. So in moderation, semen is a good thing.

AMERIKILL just continued an urban legend. Since most men only ejaculate about a TEASPOON FULL it's very difficult to ingest enough semen to necessitate having your stomach pumped!
If it were harmful, there'd be a lot of sick suckers (pardon the pun) around.

It acts as a good throat coat for the swallower, especially for those with a scratchy throat :)
