HELP! I never really knew this, but I don't breathe correctly when I sing, and when I sing a high note, it sounds all forced out! Please tell me how to breathe properly with my diaphragm!

Like how someone being tall has its advantages over being short. I have some idea, like how they say a college educated person makes over a million dollars more than someone with just a high school diploma over their lifetime

I am taking Effexor since 4 days for my panic disorder. I noticed after a few hours that the panic attacks increased tremendously. Is this possible? I always thought that this drug takes weeks to work or to show side effects? Any inputs or experiences? General advice on Effexor is very welcome too. Only mature answers, please. Many thanks.

life would be like now? Would changing it bring about something better, or just different, like maybe by changing the past, your children in the present, would no longer exist. Would you risk that just to make somthing different back then?

Just wondering if anyone who has had gallstones or has had a loved one who has had gallstones can tell me the types of symptoms that usually come with them. Someone very close to me has just recently been diagnosed with gallstones and I am worried about her. Are the symptoms so bad as to cause inability to socialize or to live your daily life? She has been prescribed vicodin, but not sure how much that will help. Can anyone share their experiences on how much gallstones have affected them or their loved ones? Thank you.

A hairdresser bleached my hair without telling me. She has damaged my hair. Her husband was applying the bleach at one point and i dont think he is a qualified hairdresser nor an apprentice. Is this allowed? I mentioned to her that my scalp was hurting but she ignored this. She has ruined my hair and i need to have the colour corrected. However my concern is that it seems just anyone can be a hairdresser even if they dont know what they are doing. Is there a body that regulates the licencing etc? I have confirmation from two independent hairdressers that she has damaged my hair.

I will soon be applying for a new car loan.
If my wife has better credit than I do should she also apply as a co-borrower? The reason I ask is because I work and my wife doesnt so would they even consider her if she doesnt have any income? Do you think maybe they would consider my income and hers as the same since were married even though she doesnt work?
I'm just thinking we might get a better interest rate by using her credit as a co-borrower since her credit is better than mine.

1. Leave your fly open for one hour. If anyone points it out, say, "Sorry, I really prefer it this way".
2. While going in an elevator, gasp dramatically each time the doors open.
3. Say to your boss, "I like your style", wink, and shoot him with double-barrelled fingers while making a clicking sound with your tongue that resembles the sound of a revolver.
4. Every time you get an email, shout ''e-mail''.
5. Put decaf in the coffee maker for 3 weeks. Once everyone is over his or her caffeine addictions, switch to espresso.
6. Call I.T. help desk and tell them that you can't seem to access any pornography web-sites
7. Walk into a very busy person's office and while they watch you with growing irritation, turn the light switch on/off 10times
8. Announce to everyone in a meeting that you "really have to go do a number two".
9. In a meeting or crowded situation, slap your forehead repeatedly and mutter, Shut up, damn it, all of you just shut up!"

Here is my example:

I was with my two best friends; let's call them Jim and Bob. For whatever reason, Jim announced that he was going to stare at me. He stared, but eventually, Bob said something and diverted his attention.

Bob then said, "Something's wrong with you, Jim. If you can't stare at an object for a long time..." There was more, but I don't remember it because it occurred to me that I was the "object" that Jim couldn't stare at. So when Bob finished talking, I said, "And if you call a woman an object, you're never going to get a wife."

Later on, in an unrelated conversation, Bob said he did not want to get married anyway, so that ruined my joke.

Anyone have any ideas how to set up the tables at a cocktail & h'doureve wedding reception. Usually they are set with plates and silverware, etc for a dinner. We have centerpieces and there will be table cloths, but do we leave the table empty? If anyone can think of something to put on the table to make it look not so stark and empty I'd appreciate feedback. Sprinkling confetti is the only thing I've come up with. Thanks.
