Like how someone being tall has its advantages over being short. I have some idea, like how they say a college educated person makes over a million dollars more than someone with just a high school diploma over their lifetime

By attending college you are benefiting at your own expense. College takes dedication and hard work. It's different from K-12 education in the sense that you choose to go or not.
College isn't for everyone, but if you want to make something out of yourself and succeed towards a goal, I highly recommend it.
