can working out in the gym affect the size of the breast, make it smaller ?

especially exersises related to torso such as cardio or light weights???

alternatively wht can one do to increase ones breast size( non surgical, artificial means).... does hand massaging help???

losing wieght and burning fat can cause your breasts to shrink. Most of the breast is in fact fat. But a balanced diet, and not overdoing it at the gym should not cause any change in your breast size. Push ups and other chest exercises can increase your chest size slightly. but only if you continue to do them, and not by much.

I think it affect the size work out in gym make the size smaller & there is no other exercise at zim to make them big ( I think so.)

Breasts are basically fat tissue, and when you work out, you burn fat. So you will probably notice a decrease in size. I haven't heard of hand massaging as a method of increasing size. You may want to consult your doctor, or maybe even a nutritionist to find out how to maintain breast size.

If a female loses weight, she you will lose fat from your her breasts. Exercise alone won't make the breasts smaller.

To make the breasts appear larger, she can build up the pectoral muscles. Although it won't actually increase the size of the breasts themselves, it will make them stick out more.

Breast tissue is primarily fat, so working out the chest area (thusly burning off fat and building muscle) can decrease breast size.
