Mr Kamprad, 77----richest man in the world (the ikea owner)

"has puzzled financial circles, given that he was ranked 13th in Forbes this year with a fortune of $24 billion compared with Microsoft's Gates at number one with $61.4 billion. But Swedish reporter Bo Peterssen asserts that Mr Kamprad's wealth soared due to the decline of the US dollar. A red herring, perhaps available in Ikea's food market."

"Citing next week's edition of the Swedish business weekly Veckans Affarer, public service SVT2 television said Kamprad, 77, has a personal fortune of 400 billion crowns ($53 billion)."

"Gates's fortune is put at $47 billion, according to the latest list of the world's rich in U.S. Forbes magazine, SVT2 said."

"SVT2 said the dollar's slide against other currencies is the main reason why Kamprad has now overtaken Gates."

Usually richness is associated with money. But there is another form of richness. That is with regard to genetic endowment. If you are rich genetically, money and all other plus points in life like peace of mind and happiness will follow. Even with out much of money one can be happy and peaceful if you have the right genetic endowment. So sharing money alone bring socialism, you have to devise means to share good genetic endowment also. So I am unable to give a correct answer to your question.
