I was strength training for a month and gained five pounds, so I added the cardio, I'm eating 5-6 times a day; fruits, cottage cheese, light n fit yogurt, cashews, whole wheat breads, pinto beans, veggies, poultry (no red meat), low sodium V8, V8 fusion, greentea, water. I take off monday both diet and excercise, and strenth train 3-4 times a week as well. I'm about 100 pounds over weight, diabetic type II and still hoping for results???
