UNICEF is another huge bureaucratic bungling con job. Stealing money so a few people can have fancy offices. If we could get rid of the entire UN a much better job could be done by a few volunteers on the ground. The Lebanese are seen as a threat to Zionism, and Zionism rules. Sorry, but that's the truth.

i'm not sure, but i think that the guy above me covers it best. UNICEF is a bureaucracy.
