A penguin was driving through the desert when his car broke down. He waddled to the nearest phone to call AA. His car was quickly towed to the nearest garage where the mechanic told him he would need a couple of hours to check out the car. The penguin, being a good natured bird, didn't complain but wandered off to find the closest supermarket. He proceeded to the frozen foods section and hung out near the fish sticks. After an hour he got in the freezer next to the vanilla ice cream and ate several gallons. Then he saw
the time and went back to the garage, covered in ice cream. The mechanic walked over to him wiping his hands and shaking his head saying, "It looks like you blew a seal." Blushing, the penguin said, "Oh no! It's just ice cream."

When I invite the Headmaster, I give him everything he wants. I very nice tour of the house (45 points) and smooch him a lot (35 points.) I give him either Turkey, Salmon, or Pork for dinner and either Cheesecake, Crepes, or a Nice Pie for dessert.
I feed him Salmon, and pork Chops- those are like the best things on the menu. My sim can cook a bunch of meals because he studies cooking all the time, but do you know of a specific food they like, or why I'm not getting any food points? Thanks for your help!

O, and by the way- If you are a Sims 2 addict, I have a great cheat for to use when you sims just won't listen to what you tell them to do. You can fill up all of their needs by typing this is the cheat box:

The coolant level in the reservoir seems to be dry. However, the temperature gauge is not indicating overheating. The outside temperature where I live is -5 deg F this morning. I had the mechanic replace the water pump yesterday !

I realize you get what you pay for but for Apple to become the computer giant that Microsoft is they will have to become cheaper. Its a little hard to justify spending 1800.00 bucks compared to 800.00 when shopping for a computer.

When I was living in Japan I had a lot of problems adjusting to the culture, even though I was half Japanese and fluent speaker of the language....

I already had exposure to Japanese culture at home in Australia from my Mother, ie - language, tradition, food.. Also yearly holidays to visit relatives in Japan...

I'm considered a bit of an outspoken extrovert over here in Australia --- my close female friends in Japan used to have a little chuckle and joke around saying I was like a hardcore Yakuza chick... --- Would always say things like 'what are you staring at???' in English to rude onlookers or tell people off for smoking in non-smoking areas.....

AT THE SAME TIME -- I was feeling a massive obligation to be part of the culture....

Anyone out there who has had similar problems being half and half of two completely different cultures...??

My brother in-law & his girlfriend use our computer from time to time (sometimes without asking for permission). We hate it because we have some personal stuff in it, but if they ask it's difficult for us to say no. So everytime after they use it, we always check the history, at first to see wether they open our personal stuff or not, but by doing that we can see everything they open. But today I found out that somebody checked the history & deleted some of it, though I can't be sure who exactly. I feel since it's our computer we have the right to check the history, that we have the right to know what they use our computer for. If they don't like it, then don't use our computer. But it's unethical and an invasion of privacy when they do it, because it's not their computer, it's like going to someone's house and checks their mails. What do you think?

that he would not allow me to continue to wear my (very small) nose stud. I'm a lunch hostess at a bar, dress and groom well everyday, and do a good job (as far as hostesing goes) The nose has been there for 10 years and I don't want to give it up. If I get the removable kind, my piercer told me it would increase the scarring later on by a lot. I work 15 hours a week (desperate housewife job), so is it worth it? If I walked away, i would feel like a self absorbed butt face, but it's kind of important to me to keep the nose. Advice please?
