There are lots of ways to get it going.
1.Bring another car over and jump start it.
2. borrow a jump start pack from a local auto shop.
3.Borrow or buy a battery charger with a jump start mechanism on it
4.If none of these options are available--you could take your battery inside the house and let it get warm. This may give your battery the extra boost it needs to get goin.
5.Buy a new battery.
Good luck.

First get it to crank the engine normally by charging the battery or replacing it if it's 5 years old. Make sure the battery cable connections are clean and tight. Then spray "quick starting fluid" into the air cleaner air intake while a friend cranks the engine for 10 seconds at a time. Have a crankcase heater installed in your engine block for the next cold wave.

Hi the problem could be a couple things. you weren't very specific. So: If the engine isn't turning over quickly . This could be a battery problem. Or low antifreeze ice in system.
More than likely you need a good old tune-up . More than not that's the problem ..

Call AAA--they will come out and assist. If you are not a member--it will cost but they will jump start it. (Or a local tow truck person)

use dry gas. if you have a carburetor, use some of that spray. check if your battery is strong enough. make sure you have proper weight oil. if you can, keep it in a garage.
