Can anyone tell me any reasons why you wouldnt be allowed back into your country (the netherlands) my friend says he cant go back and he wont give me the full story.

Why are americans scared of small backward countries like vietnam, cuba, venezuela, iraq, iran, somalia, serbia, etc?

Has this story line gone down hill? Now, Lorelei and Luke are going to have an affair? Christopher is such a whiner - call the wambulance and what happened to Rory's bf? Can't they make Rory's life a bit more exciting and give some energy to the show? I do love that they haven't totally ruined it w/smut but I thought they we're bringing Rory's old bf back, the 'bad boy,' can't think of his name. someone i know just had a baby the other day. she claims she didnt know she was pregnant. i find this really hard to believe. how can you not know you are pregnant. even if you are over weight you would be able to tell something was different or feel the baby moving. i find this really disturbing. my husband thinks im being to judgemental, but to me there is something seriously wrong! i personally can't wait to get pregnant (currently trying) and cant imagine denieing i was or lying about it. just wondering if anyone else has heard of this happening before and what the outcome was? thanks :o)

I'm in the fifth month of a 5 year commercial lease. I am still not open due to my former general contractor's lack of interest in even attempting to meet the deadline date we set. He's out of the picture now, and I am pursuing legal action against him.

I am now in the position where I still owe a couple of my sub-contractors some money. I am doing everything humanly possible to get the money together. However, my Landlord is being completley indifferent to the situation I am in. A situation which is due to my former general contractor's gross misconduct while on the job. I never would have picked him had my landlord's representative, while negotiating the lease, not emailed me his number and urged me to use him in 3 different emails.

I'm considering trying to get out of the lease. This situation is starting to affect my health. My lease states that the Sq. footage in my space is 1334. It is actually 1300, per my architects plans & measurements. Is this a way out for me?
