Natural blonde hair can do that too. Trust me! There are some shampoos that help some.

Yes, if you swim in chlorinated water (hot tubs/pools) your hair can turn greenish (swimmer's green). But, it is not the chlorine... it is copper in the water. There are several great shampoos made to remove the residue out of your hair as well as condition it!

Hair can not be dyed blonde. It is bleached to remove the pigment from the hair. Yes, it can turn green in cholorinated water.
