How can i make my breasts look firmer and smaller,
can sombody suggest me good bras,& how much do you normally spend on them,

lay on your back...put 2lb weight in each hand and bring your fists up to eachother...it will tighten your pectorial muscles and lift your chest.

smaller? buy a sport bra thats sorta tight, but not unconfrotable. they have em pretty much everywhere and they arent that much. maybe 6 dollars at the most???
firmer?????? exercise... buy an ab tightener.. some times those work. even for breasts!

Exercise your chest muscles and your back muscles. Stand up straight.
Don't buy cheap bras. If your breasts are large .get a fitting so your bra fitts right.
I know--I'm a 34EE--There is more of them than there is of me.
I have mine custom made at a bra shop, because they don't make them in this size.
