No one stops doing drugs because someone else loves them. People stop doing drugs when they decide to stop. Your friend can't help her or change her. The only thing he can do is stop seeing her until she gets sober. Staying with her and loving her while she's on drugs is called "enabling"
He can drive to to Narc Anon meetings, but if she refuses to get clean, he will waste his life with a drug addict.

He probably can't. It is something she must do for herself. People in the midst of addiction will not rehab for someone else. They have to want and understand the value of quitting, and sometimes that can only happen when they have lost enough. The best that your friend can do is to ask himself what he is willing to put up with and then tell her that. It would be great if he offered her support should she decide to rehab.

The best thing to do is to get her to a clinic. :| Or if she is strong enough, she should try to stop taking cocaine. It depends on how addicted she is.
