I have broken up with my girlfriend before but this time she is being in the depths of despair. I received a call from suicide prevention/intervention hotline and was told that it was absolutely necessary to talk to my girlfriend as she is in the commence of a life-threatening conduct. I was told to cooperate—by saying positive things about her appearance especially her hair, avoiding saying no and say things like—you sound frustrated or angry. I am not a negotiator. Shouldn’t she be committed to a mental hospital? Isn’t me talking to her might trigger suicidal actions?

i just met a guy for 2 times. He is nice and i think he really likes me. he is a foreigner living in my town.
His communication type is sending sms to my cell phone but never calls me (i dont know why).
Whenever he wants to invite me for cinema or coffee out, he always sends sms like " How are u" then " what r u doing now" then " would u like to go to the cinema"
why doesnt he ask " do u have time for the cinema now" and thats enough??. There is no need to send such 3 or 4 messages for that stuff., as I think.
besides, he wants to meet me at weekends, NOT on weekdays, i.e after working hours. why is that?
What is he thinking? Is he serious? What should i do?

It's 6 a.m. and I have to be leaving my house for school no later than 8. It it worth going to sleep and possibly being late? I feel like I may be more tired if I DO sleep for an hour and a half. By that I mean on the outside of the nose, deep crevices (crease marks) that run from the outside of the nose and down, creating a crease mark on the face up to the edge of your mouth... What can I do to get rid of them? Methods, tips, and examples would be appreciated!
