hey im 15 years old and i was born hench (stocky) ive always been that and so i decided to make me even more hench i went to the gym done some weights and woke up with sore arms and muscles why is this and how can i sooth the soreness and any tips to avoid this in the near future .cheers

when it comes to looking/finding a man/women? Why do we want to have someone that looks like Brad Pitt or Eva Longoria when we know we aren't going to get them..... when ever we speak. it seems he influences a sinful side of me. he goes as far as hitting me with cheap insults calling me an asian man. even though i am i like to be referred to as american or southern man. even though i ain't really southern.

he believes in false gods or idols. he believes in stupid religions where you just like live, you live for the world. and then reincarnate. something like there is a god but he doens't know who it is. just stupid stuff.

i am christian. what should i do. not too long ago he tried to do tarot cards on me. and he believes in non-sense stuff like astral-projection.

I know this question sounds really complicated, but what I want to know is if any of you that are married have ever had temtations with a close friend outside of your relationship. I was introduced to a friend through my husband a few years ago. I love my husband to death and would NEVER and I repeat NEVER cheat on him! I am, however struggling with some feelings that I can't seem to get rid of for our close guy friend of ours. I do not know if this feeling is reciprical or not and I don't care. However, I have a hard time admitting to myself that I feel this way, let alone tell my husband or this guy. I just want to get rid of these feelings and not keep thinking of our friend in a way that is not just as friends. Please just give me some encouragement or advice concerning if you think I should tell my husband or talk to someone else about this. I have prayed about this and I trust God will help me through these temtations.
