Why are Priests interested in little boys?

First off I think people should just answer the question and stop just assuming that this person is against Priest. Personally I have no idea why these Priest are interested in little boys. No we all know that its not all Priest that are committing these crimes, but for some reason there is a large number of them doing this. I do believe the Catholic church needs to get together and find out what's going on for the sake of the children as well as the credibiltiy of the church itself. Because more and more past cases seem to be popping which means these Priest have been getting away with this stuff for decades.

Not all priests are perverts. There are tens of thousands of priests in the world, and what - ten of them are perverts so that suddenly classifies all priests? its because of the media attention those few perverts get. Thats like asking, "Why do all planes crash?" or "Why are Jews cheap?".

anyway to answer your question, usually those priests are not allowed to marry, and since parents send thier young boys over to the priests for guidance.... some of them get perverted urges, I guess, that cannot be restrained. But usually, its just that thier perverts.

How can you just single out the Catholic Priests? What about the thousands of Sexual Predators that have been and are in our society today. Not counting the thousands that our in our prisons. These sexual criminals are our neighbors, boy scout leaders, postmen, school teachers, coaches, and church leaders of various religions not only Catholic. Why are they abusing our sweet children of our Heavenly Father, it's because they're mentally ill and need to be put away in prison and never return to our society so they can't kill, abuse and physically and mentally scar another child. Why don't you do more research before you ask a stupid question. Less than 1% of priests have done anything like that. There are also cases in other religions of preachers doing the same, why don't you bash them too? Is the real issue here that you just don't like the Catholic Church?

Im sure that not all preists are interested in little boys. The ones that are probably became preists to deal with a sinful past of most likely touching little boys. They most likely backslid by justifying what they are doing because they are priests.

Just like "going postal" is the new idiom for post office workers who flip out and kill someone, maybe "going Priestly" will become the newest idiom for priests who are interested in little boys. At least, they're all located in one place, or one type of social institution (the church), and not hiding out in every nook and cranny from sea to shining sea. Makes it easier to catch 'em.
