You can try ear plugs, although they aren't too helpful. If you are under 18, and this is disturbing your sleep, you need to talk to a school counselor. Depending on your age, you really shouldn't be forced to share a room with your brother. I don't know the whole story, but from how it sounds, I say you need to talk to a counselor at school. If you don't get appropriate sleep, it can cause several health problems

Give him some cold medicine that clears up stuffy noses and maybe some of those strips for snoring. I hope you sleep better. Good Luck.

I think there's something in pharmacy that can help people who snores - or buy him an anti snore pillow.

isnt that the worst thing ever?? there are some sprays for the throat to lubricate it at bedtime. also nose strips if he cant breathe through his nose. peace

hmmm. Try drowning it out with music or something. There is also surgery to fix that, but you're probably not going to do that
