-don't have a boyfriend, never had one
get one.
-hate college neighbors who are always partying and being loud and snobbish.
call the police when they have it too loud.
-mom and I aren't that close and sometimes we don't understand each other
that's life. Noone's perfect.
-bro hates me because one time he thought I ignored him so he decides to get revenge and give me the cold treatment. He's 27.
-if he's still immature at this age, I don't know what to tell you. don't worry though. You can't control others, just be happy with yourself.

Boyfriends are over-rated.
Buy Bose Noise Canceling headphones. THEY ROCK! and some ear plugs for sleeping.
Getting along with Mom is over-rated. (You being on your own and doing things on your own gives you respect from others and the cool thing is when you are doing what you do be sure to do it well. That will build your self esteem and by then who cares what your Mother thinks.)
Your Brother is going to be a punk no matter what. That's what siblings do. In the end when it really matters I'm sure you'll be cool.
I was/is in the same situation. I just got engaged... after 6 months. You will know when it's time to give some one the time of day.
Good luck and best wishes.

A boyfriend isn't an essential. Good things come to those who wait. :o) One philosophy is that people can live without recieveing love, but cannot live without giving it out. As long as you have loved ones, I would say you're blessed.
I dunno about the whole dorm thing -- since I'm not in college. But maybe you could talk to one of the staff memebers?
Parents are very hard to comprehend with. I think you guys should sit down and discuss things. You won't resolve anything if you both see it as hopeless. Break the ice.
Wow. That's nothing to hold a grudge against. Slap some sense into him -- I don't mean like literally slapping him, but I think you should talk to him and straighten it out and apologize. I know you didn't do anything wrong in those circumstances, and I don't mean apologize for something you did, but what happened and that it happened that way.
Good luck with everything. :o)
Hope things get better for youu.

I would not worry about not having a boyfriend. That will happen in time.Have you thought that maybe you need to try and make friends even with your college neighbours.Have you made the effort to be friendly? As for your brother he will get over his feelings about you.Try explaining that you never ignored him.As for your mum try and talk to her.Ask her to come and have a coffee with you.Try and see things from her point of view as a good listener does.

"I'm fine... everybody else is crazy."
Does this seem to be the case? Maybe its time to take a good hard look in a mirror. Who really has a problem?
Make amends with your family... and invite yourself to your neighbors party. You might find happiness in unlikely places.

You need to get out there and make some friends. Start chilling. talk to your brother and explain things to him. tell him that you miss him and love him. Try and understand your mom, talk to her so she can understand where you are comming from.

Hi,
see you need to let people go on their way if they do not want to talk to you then just take it easy, you will come over it naturally.
