I need tips on how to get over depression.?

Every since my dog died on Jan 4, Ive been really sad. See, Im really antisocial and he was my only friend. I have a really crazy life and I move a lot so I gave up on making friends. My dog Buster he choked to death, his leash got stuck on some stairs when he fell off the other side. Ever since then Ive noticed that it feels good to hold my breath for a very long time and this scares me. I just want to be with him again. My dad is a crazy mofo, Ive run away from him twice, and my mom just takes off like she doesnt even care. She wont answer her phone and she lied about where she was going. I live with my grandparents btw. The only person I could tell is my grandma but I hate talking to her about these things. The only thing thats ever helped me is weed, and I dont even know where to buy it. I dont want to go to a shrink and I dont want pills. If anyone could talk to me or just give me some tips it might make me feel a lot better...

partner is alcoholic,can't see how it turns him nasty...?

...he's not a happy drinker or 1 that falls asleep...it makes him become a p**s-taking ***** making my life hell.spends£30/40 a week on stella, plus every weekend mdma, tried talking /reasoning/helping/threatening/..his dad an alcoholic,says he can't help it! kids noticing we not getting on..my2eldest from previuos marriage-their dad turned to hrd drugs&booze, told my partner not putting them thru it again-we have another child between us.given him ultimatum today -3choices-get a grip,knock booze on head lets start afresh/ leave for a month&sort head out/ or if cant resolve leave permanently. he says dont wanna leave the baby - told him wont have to if gets a grip! hes in bed thinking about it. at end of tether. i shoved him across kitchen yesterday- but then in past hes shoved me or grabbed me too tight so i dont feel bad as my patience snapped &he's verbally aggressive to me lots!he's nice to kids but spends little time with them,preferring to sit in 'den' and drink!!! help!!!

Consumption of fabric.?

I am into exports trade, can some one help me, how to calculate consumption of fabric, viz width of fabric is 48", I have to make bag whose size is 15*12*5", then what would be the fabric counsumption for that bag. Can I use color ink-jet carts in a Dell printer that aren't by Dell?

Is this a proprietry ink-jet cartrige. I have a Dell 810 color printer and see on Dells website that these are 22 dollars apiece! I'd like to use another manufacturer if possible.

Why do people use license plate frames from the dealerships they got their cars from?

Why advertise for them unless the car was free or heavily discounted? I understand if the car was bought used and had state issued plates already on and the owner didn't bother removing whatever was already on.

What I don't understand is when people do that with brand new cars. That kinda thing requires someone to actually go through the trouble of putting the advertisment plate on once they get their tags from the state. I dont get it.

Did Yahweh Come from Volcano?

Moses was converted into Yahwism in Sinai desert seing burning bush. Then fires from the mountaintop inspired him to give his people 10 new principles of faith. So the religion of Jews en route from Egypt to Palestine was changed once and for all.

Was that Thera (Greece) volcano with columns of smoke and fire visible across the Med struck him that hard that he saw it as a revelation of a real, terrific god Yahweh? God of volcano eruption, fear and terror? Moses abandoned his older gods from Egypt, and various Baals, and created a totally new religion - that of one, powerful and deadly god. The god that secretly protects all Jews once they follow Mosaic instructions.

What if their Exodus happened some time before that great volcanic eruption? Would we have now a religion of Egypt, or maybe Mithraism, or even better that of Zoroaster?

Wouldn't our world be much simpler if these things did not exist today?

Computers/Internet (Read books if you want information! Also, you won't have to worry about your kids talking to weirdos in chat rooms & message boards)

Cordless Phones (Remember when Telephones had a cord?)

Cell Phones (Aren't these stupid bills just rediculous?)

Microwaves (EAT YOUR FOOD WHILE IT'S WARM!)

Digital Cable (We can only have 4 channels. NBC, CBS, ABC, and that's about it, lol!)

TiVo (Freezing TV is insane! Pretty soon we'll have the power to time travel)

DVD Players/VCRs (You can watch 166 mm/8mm movies instead)

CDs/Cassettes (How about if only Records existed?)

Ipods (Wanna listen to music? Listen to it at home! Not at school)

Video Games (NO PS2 or X Box)

Can't think of anything else.

3 weeks ago my ex-bf called me & asked me to go see a movie with him. The weird thing is that HE was the one who dumped me, we only dated for one month AND this call came after one year. I said yes, he picked me up, then as soon as the movie was done he drove me home. It felt kinda rushed, on the drive home when I asked him why he wanted to see he said, "I wanna see you every once in awhile". We never had sex cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. During this year although he never asked me to see him, he did talk to him on msn. Is he stringing me along & what does he want? He's 26 while I'm 21.Some say he wants sex, but he knows my beliefs and he can get anywhere since a lot of girls put out.
