im currently not working due to me just having our second child..ends meet but not to have fun and my spouse just wont understand that we cant just splurge all the time and that we need to have savings. we constantly argue about it daily..it seems..and i know its not healthy..ive suggested counseling for us but he wont go for it..and i hate that we argue becuase its over such a stupid thing..any suggestions on how to ease a budget into our lifestyle?

Mama bear and Papa bear are getting divorced (seems Papa was seen fooling around with Goldilocks....but thats another joke >.>). The judge presiding over the procedings asked baby bear who he wanted to stay with.

"Well, no Papa Bear," he said sadly. "He beats me all the time."

"So, you wish to stay with Mama?"

"No sir, she also beats me all the time."

"Son, who would you like to stay with then?"

The cub thought, and then looked up.

"Let me live with the Chicago Bears....they never beat anybody!"

OK so I have seen the commercial and ever since people in my Junior High School saw that THEY ACTUALLY DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw another question and someone asked what it was and people
answered that people wern't actually doing it but people ARE doing
it OK!!!! Ive seen someone in my class that had leeches in a water bottle and at lunch he was holding one and he was putting it on his
arm and I left and this happened today so I think someone will

im looking at a brand new Scion TC. I have the option of a Manual VS auto transamission. Price aside, what is the benifit of either?

I am a young guy and enjoy the occassional thrill of feeling the Engine Accelaration, however i have heard that for city or long distance driving Manual's are a pain to drive

On the other hand ive heard people who drive manual would never go back to an automatic because they can "feel the road"

Any feedback or experiences you could share?

My friend's husband just lost his job and she has been applying and looking for a job for herself in the meantime. She says a lot of the jobs require, or "strongly suggest" the applicant be bilingual to get the job (usually spanish and english). She some jobs didn't require, but paid more if you were bilingual. I know I have seen ads in the past which say "bilingual" preferred, which that in itself I found to hint that if you weren't your chance goes way down.

Is this legal to require this? Isn't it kind of like a form of discrimination? I find it to be very unfair. We live in a country where the main language is English, why should people applying for jobs be punished if they don't know another language?

And no, I'm not a Republican or anti-immigrant, I just think if you come here you should learn the language. I wouldn't move somewhere else and expect people to conform to me.

Hi i have one year old Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi bike which has run 6000 kms (my average run is of 5 kms daily). I get it serviced on time. Recently, i have started experiencing a problem. When i start my bike its works fine, the race & pick up also looks fine. But while driving, when i press the clutch lever (when in 3,4 or 5th gear) and apply brake bike's ignition stop. However, if i get to neutral first and then apply brakes the bike's ignition does not stop.

I have to keep racing while the clutch lever is pressed and i am braking to avoid stoping of ignition. Consulting the Bajaj Service center, the answer was bike is MISFIRING, the mechanic adjusted something and said the problem is solved. However, it is not. Please HELP!!!

My 5 yr. old son is in kindergarden this year. His teacher, who I have been having trouble with since the first of year is telling me that if my boys grades don't improve he will fail. now this is pissing me off. She is saying my boy has slow progress and wants to put him in a slow class. he is NOT slow. He has proven to me that he can do everything she says he can't and has shown me he can even do things she isn't teaching in class! What can I do if she fails him? is there a way to over ride the teachers decision? can I make them allow him to go to 1st grade next year? i have been having trouble with this teacher all year and principal won't help.this teacher has even endangered the life of my son and still the principal does nothing! What can be done about her incorrectly grading my son? & keepin her from failing him when there is no just cause for him to fail at all?They refuse to give me a different teacher to! I tried to get a meeting w/the principal but she refuses to set a time.

I am 21, and about 7 months ago i moved out of my parents, and into an apartment with my boyfriend. Ever since i was little i have wanted a dog. But my parents are very anti animal, but especially anti dog, so i never got a dog of my own. So i started out by walking dogs and dog sitting for neighbors. Moved to volunteering at an animal shelter, and i now work at a veterinary clinic. I work with dogs everyday, and i have done research on dogs since i was in middle school. So now that i am on my own, and am sure i can afford a dog, i REALLY want one. It has gotten to the point that i don't feel i can go any longer without one. The only problem is that i am in love with the bully breed dogs. I really really love pit bulls. But my apartment has breed restrictions, and don't allow pit bulls, mastiffs, rotties, ect. and they named American Terriers. I am not sure what this means. I have 7 more months on the lease, and i can't wait that long to get my dog. I don't want to settle..........
