To impeach they need a charge, such as perjury or lying under oath. All it means to impeach, is to bring to trial, nothing more. Usually war crimes are tried in a world court, like the Nuremberg Trials, therefore other countries of power need to determine that President Bush is guilty of war crimes, and since the United States is the top military power, that is probably not going to happen anytime soon. As for treason, President Bush has not done anything severe enough to constitute as treason in most politicians eyes.

Because they can't - there is NO evidence to support the liberal's ludicrous idea that he committed any war crimes or treason. He didn't commit any crimes - period. That's why they cannot impeach him! There were grounds to impeach Slick Willie Clinton, but like a snake, he wiggled his way out of it with the help of his liberal buddies. They kept the facts from the public.

I dont see a democrat action plan into Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11 if they won the election in 2000. I see appeasement. That worked with Hitler though so its a okay plan.
