go get a marrige license and get married.. then make sure he has his birth certificate and shot record from that country you have to get it translated in english which is about 200$ and then you can file the lovely 5mile stack of papers that immigration will give you.. you can file for him to stay even if he was illegal because you are now married. but incase you didnt know it is alot of money, you have to be working for one to show that you can support him, you have to be a sonsor for him, because while his paper work is processing he will not be allowed to work,, ( unless hes already working for cash lol) but seriously its going to cost about 1000$ i think its 800$ for all the papers to be filed and then 200 for the translated documents... good luck

you will get married, yet till now you do comprehend this would possibly not make him criminal and he will nonetheless could bypass away with a ban located on him. If he has any criminal checklist greater effective than the only coming right here, he may be banned for existence. Are you waiting for the day he would be deported and are you prepared to attend the ban. The rules have replaced because of the fact of too many scam marriages. no infant or marriage immediately makes a criminal unlawful alien a green card holder. You greater valuable think of roughly this, you're supporting and abetting an unlawful alien and that's 5-10 years in penitentiary and a $250,000 superb.
