I am using up all my points but I have become enamored with this topic, and I would like to propose the following, racism is NOT about the difference in race but rather the more recognizable differnece in skin color. It would seem to me that if it were racism that racist would be just a offended by blond headed blue eyed buxom blondes from Sweden, as they are by African Americans. Just my thinking.

I'm 16 years old and I will be graduating from HS in 2008. I have a litttle bit of a Learning Disablity in Math. I do know my Adding/Subtraction and Muliplying/Division. And I make straight A's and B's in Science, History and Language Arts. But I cannot do Eqations very good or the other stuff I only know just the basics of math. Say his mental retardation makes him really, really slow and McDonalds won't hire him because they like fast service. Besides, after 6 months most of them don't have a job there anymore anyway. Let's say all he knows how to do is dress himself and turn on the TV, and how to flip the channels. He doesn't even know how to use a TV Guide. Where is he supposed to work?

When I click start,then right click My Computer,then click properties,which brings up System Properties.Under the General tab identifies System:., Registered to:.then Computer:.Well under Computer it reads:Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1700MHz 1.69GHz,640 MB of RAM. So at any time should the 1.69GHz change?My settings are at: best performance and I am always plugged in as opposed to battery power.Shouldn't the processor always be at 1.69GHz and not “clock down” at all,unless I was using battery power?Yesterday I noticed it at 892MHz,then after a re-boot it went to 592MHz and then I called Dell.Dell had me restart holding the Fn key and check the drivers for errors.Then they had me go to "run" and enter the following:“sfc /scannow"(without the quotations).They said that I should do a re-install because this is the best way to see if there are any issues.I'm wondering if the processor is faulty;does a processor do this before it quits completely?The computer seems to slow "under load".

I am a single dad with 100% legal and physical custody of my two kids. The case was discharged from Juvenile court and now my ex-wife is filing multiple requests with the family court for the custody of the kids. This is harassment and a total waste of taxpayers money. More importantly it is not in the best interests of the children that I keep getting dragged back into court over frivilous lawsuites. I've already been told by a lawyer that she will never get them back. I've been told that I could file a petition with the court to get her to stop. I don't know what forms I need or what the term for her is called. Can anyone help me?

This is interesting.. part of a news story.

former Assistant Deputy Attorney General Victoria Toensing explained that she helped draft the 1982 law in question.
Said Toensing: "The Novak column and the surrounding facts do not support evidence of criminal conduct."

For Plame's outing to have been illegal, the one-time deputy AG explained, "her status as undercover must be classified." Also, Plame "must have been assigned to duty outside the United States currently or in the past five years."

Since in neither case does Plame meet those criteria, Toensing argued: "There is a serious legal question as to whether she qualifies as 'covert.'"

The law also requires that the celebrated non-spy's outing take place by someone who knew the government had taken "affirmative measures to conceal [the agent's] relationship" to the U.S.

Toensing said that's unlikely.
