Its probably issues with you air blender ( a box under the dash that directs the air to the right location).

Could be a couple of things,
-thermostat stuck open
-Low antifreeze level
-clogged/bad heater core (might just need to be flushed, but might just need to be replaced)

Unless you know someone who is a mechanic or mechanically inclined, take it in to a shop and have them fix it.

It's probably your thermostat. You can buy a universal one at any parts store for pretty cheap. Try Walmart.

Could be a thermostat that is stuck open in the engine.

Look under the hood for the heater hoses .One hose has a vacuum operated water valve. make sure it is opperational.

on them type of cars you can be 1 oz low on radiator coolant and it'll do that.
