its from another tv show or movie and i cant THINK OF IT!!

but it think she was looking for the show or movie hence

i think it was on look whos talking and it is on tbs about 1 thousand times a week so that is probably where you heard it

the blue brothers..... toward the end of the movie when they were having their concert. Can't think of the guy who did it, but the song is minney the moocher.
