You may be "over-sexed." I too think of sex quite often, but it's important not to let it take over your mind. Take up a hobby or consider thinking of women in a different light. Think of her in excruciating detail... Make up a back-story, let your imagination take a different route, rather than thinking about sex. You may have to try it a few times before it works, but still, try.
