ive been on a diet for about 2 weeks now.
and i do cardio 2-3 times a week and strength training 3-4 times a week.
im also in gymnastics i have 1 hour of it on tuesday and 30 min on sunday.

so far i've lost about 4 pounds.
two pounds each week.

i havent lost any inches tho.
is it too soon to lose inches?
im not sure, i just know that some people have said they lost inches before they lost weight so i thought thats what was gonna happen. haha i'm not sure.

i just wanna know if i'm ever gonna lose any inches.
my goal is to lose 4 inches around my waist, like 6 around my hips, and maybe a few around my thighs.
and i only need to lose about 15 more lbs.

Ive met what i think is a very nice lady on the internet,She lives in Russia.She will be leaving soon to come see me.She has never ask me for any money but instead only wants to know what she can get me before she comes. OK..got a weird one for ya..when i said that the pimples were in a weird spot i meant that they were on the "butt" area...i thought it was pretty weird...but i just need someone to tell me how to get rid of them...thanks...It's not just the pimples though..it's like they turn into scares...and they wont' go away...what would yall suggest?

In other words, is outside air brought into the air conditioner, cooled, and then blown into your house, or is it air that's already in the house, and cooled from that?

I ask because, if it is the second option, it wouldn't seem that you could get any fresh air that way.

I did an HIV test today. It came back non-reactive. But I am worried coz the test report showed that an s/co ratio was 0.53. It was non reactive since it was less than 1. But what does the number 0.53 mean? The doctor told me that the test is considered negative if the value is less than 1...but why? What happens at 1? What is the difference between 1 and 0.53 ?Is it possible that I have HIV?

I try to observe what phases and things they others use and say, but all that doesn't seem natural to me. How do you lead a prayer out loud. Any good tips or advice?
