Since your goal isn't far off, I'm guessing you're pretty close to your target weight/size anyway. Don't worry - at your level, it'll take a little time, but it will happen.
Careful with the exersize, it's easy to hurt yourself with too much, too fast.

It is too soon to loose inches. Try measuring yourself for lost inches at five weeks and then again at ten weeks. It sounds like you are doing the right things. Two pounds a week is great! The strength training that you are doing will build your muscle (which weighs more than fat, by the way), and it will take a little while longer for that muscle to burn and shrink the fat, on your cardio days, to give you those lost inches. Don't give up! These things don't happen over night. Good luck!

you can not determine where on your body that fat is metabolized. I would change the focus from the taper measure to your body fat percentage. if you get down to the lower end of body fat levels for your age group, you will be happy with what the tape measure says.
If you are a competitive athlete you should not be dieting for weight loss while in season. restricting your calories will have a negative effect on your performance

Why ought to you go with to lose the muscle that you've received through determining??!! Muscle weighs heavier than fat so it does no longer count number number how a lot you weigh. bypass through how your outfits in fantastic condition quite than through how a lot you weigh. in the experience that your outfits have become looser then you genuinely have become more fit and firming up. i recognize someone who's tremendous in fantastic condition and doesnt have an oz. of fat on her although the scales say that she is overweight because of the quantity of muscle that she has.
