i would absolutely love to experience a full 8 hours of sleep each night and feel refreshed and energized when i wake up in the morning, but i always have trouble falling asleep! even when i go to bed early (around 10pm) i dont fall asleep for a few hours or so. what can i do to help me have a better sleep?

In other words, is outside air brought into the air conditioner, cooled, and then blown into your house, or is it air that's already in the house, and cooled from that?

I ask because, if it is the second option, it wouldn't seem that you could get any fresh air that way.

am 21 i'll be 22 in a couple of months i feel so lost i have been out of high school for almost 3 years i've done a year of city year and worked 2 years i am thinking about going to college but feel that i am too old to be starting college i sould be in my 3 or 4 year will it be weird because of my age will it be differant because of my age i also have a felony for robbery when i was 18 and feel i wont get a good job i am very worry about getting a job with a felony i feel just ending my life would be the best thing to do

All my close friends and my pyschologist say that he is no good for me. I even know he is no good. Im always trying to get him to explain his actions and I actually think it makes him mad and less attracted to me, but its the only way for me to be semi satisfied.

tonight we were supposed to talk it out he said 8 oclock was good. I knew somethign was going to come up so I dint have my heart set on it, but as usual when i went to meet up with him he had friends over.

obviously he dint want to have the talk, he dint even call me to cancel. should i call him on it or let it go.

i Have bought songs from the Itunes store, and i am able to listen to them on my desktop, but when i disconnect my Ipod they songs will not play. Whenever the songs is next in the playlist, it is skipped.

I know I am not the perfect wife...I have my flaws and so does my husband, but it's ridiculous that I feel this is all because of his family...I have BAD attitude towards them and he says they notice...which I'm sure they do...but there so many things they do...which I dont agree with...like having cook outs at our house every month...Like I feel why only at our house...he has 4 other siblings with houses too... He says I compalin too much, that I dont seem happy...but I feel I am..we have a 2yr old..and Im happy as long as Im with them... It's just that I think all women complain, he just says he hasnt been happy for some time now and that myabe we need some time off...Im sure theres no other reason...but he says he's tired of my attitde and that we're both not happy with each other..I feel in peace...and happy...but I dont know what to do...He told me not to call him for the next few days..and since he goes to work in the afternoons..I love him but I dont know what to do...help!

now 15yrs old) my furnature is beige( Both couch and loveseat) I have two dark maple tables( one is a coffee table and the other is an end table) and I have a very large picture window taking up most of one wall, and last but not least, by carpet is an ugly very ugly grass green.

I need help sprucing up this room, right now funds are limited and I can't afford much(like changing the carpet) And advice will be greatly weclomed...BTW my budget is $600.00 to $800.00

I'm just tossing out a little theory I have here, and while it's not completely formed, I thought it would be interesting to see what people think. *smiles*
I don't really think homophobia is real. People can hate homosexuals, like them, try and convert them, whatever. But being scared? Think about it. It doesn't really sound right.
We have phobias for many, many, things. Almost everything. Spiders, big or small spaces, the dark, snakes, etc. All these things are natural to be afraid of though. They could be a dangerous thing to us. Our long ago ancestors would have been afraid, since these things could be a danger to their survival. And these dangers have been around for as long as humans.
Now, homosexuality isn't exactly dangerous, is it. Unless you believe you're going to hell, but that's not what i'm saying. I'm saying gay people aren't a threat to anyone, generally no more then anyone else.

I mean my boyfriend (on last leg), backs up and down the street looking for a meter with time on it. I truely believe he takes food out of my cabinets when he leaves.

I have a big house with lots of stuff laying around. Nothing real expensive but things that I would like to keep for myself. I am thinking about setting up a video to catch him stealing (ex. sugar, coffee, creamer, canned foods, storage bags, laundry detergent and other things that have gone missing). If he would be short on something and asks for it I would not mind sharing. I really hate a thief...especially a petty thief.

My old computer (R.I.P) was virus-ridden. Of course all my tracks in my MP3 player came from the recently deceased pc (Note: they no longer play since I've cancelled my napster music subscription). I plan on formatting the mp3 player as soon as I get the new pc. But can that potentially transmit a virus to the new pc? What should I do?
