Medical Transcriptionist. It's like an altered state. You're actually listening to an 8-hour conversation. You can't really move too much because you have your hands planted on the keyboard, and your right foot is in one position on the transcription pedal, so you're pretty much frozen in place. You can't even listen to music or anything because then you can't hear the dictation.
On the other hand...you don't have to deal with anyone but the dictator on the other end. No bosses looking over your shoulder, no whiny coworkers (you can't hear them even if they DO whine, or you can PRETEND you can't) and your work comes to you as fast or as slow as you want it to.

Gotta second the vote for truck driver. Sometimes couples ride together and then of course it is not.
