Sodium chloride:

also known as common salt, table salt, or halite, is a chemical compound with the formula NaCl. Sodium chloride is the salt most responsible for the salinity of the ocean and of the extracellular fluid of many multicellular organisms. As the main ingredient in edible salt, it is commonly used as a condiment and food preservative.

Sodium bicarbonate:

is the chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. Because it has long been known and is widely used, the salt has many other names including sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium bicarb, baking soda, bread soda, cooking soda, bicarb soda, saleratus or bicarbonate of soda. It is soluble in water. This white solid is crystalline but often appears as a fine powder. It has a slight alkaline taste resembling that of sodium carbonate. It is a component of the mineral natron and is found dissolved in many mineral springs. It is also produced artificially.

1-Sodium chloride (NaCl):
It is the salt which taken with the food and it is essential for the body due to it's function:
A-essential for nerve impulses (at action potential)
B-Essential for raising the blood pressure due to process called Na+/H2O retention -->NaCl absorb water form tissues and by this way increasing the volume of the blood and then the resistance of blood vessels will increase-->increase of blood pressure .

2-Sodium Bicarbonate(NaHCO3):
It is essential for the body because it is responsible for BUFFERING system in the body to save the PH of body = 7.4
which is considered as slightly alkaline
