I have also already assembled a legal team to help me out but the brunt of the work will come from me. So how did I get my campaign started. Serious answers only please.

Contact the FEC and ask all of what you need. Also check with the party you want to run for the nomination of, if you don't get they're support, it's very unlikely that you will even get on the ballot. They should also be able to help with paperwork.

By the way, you do have to be 25 years old, and you'll want people to help run your campaign. It's more work then one person can handle these days.

And Good Luck!

Work thru the party of your choice.
