There is the guy and he does think of me on the holidays and always responds to my calls and text messages. He does seem happy to hear from me. Well anyway he was suppose to come over to my house this weekend for some cookies I baked him, that he said he would like if I made, but he never showed up. Sometimes I feel maybe he doesn't like me, but why would he always answer my calls and text messages, but he didn't show up this weekend. What should I think?

when i get out of school im plan to work in freelance illustration. my dell is crap and i want to get a new one because this one always gets virus no matter how many anti virus programs i have and is sluggish it wont play photoshop, illustrator or even youtube without it freaking out . i dont know if i should switch to mac or stay with a pc. i want lots of storage and ram but i dont want to pay more than 1500-2000 for one. suggestions? what do u think of sonys?

I don't mean rasp vodka + mixer. I mean vodka + raspberries + sugar let sit approx 6 months, strain, and drink. What I don't know is proportions, but damn its good!! Anyone know? Any other recipes like this would be appreciated too, if they're good.

I have a friend in her late 20s who has been sick for about a year now. Lots of physical pain. Migraines, headaches, sinus pain. Nerve pain in her neck, up the arms, hands, and wrists. Digestive pain and intermittent constipation. Dry mouth, dry skin. Heat surges that make her want to tear off her skin. Extreme food sensitivities. Extreme fatigue - she spent a good portion of the last year completely immobilized. Lately, lots of dizziness and several fainting spells. Confusion and memory loss. And profound emotional angst - anxiety attacks, rage, bouts of terror. More and more, she calls me in tears and I'm beginning to worry about her sanity. She's literally starting to sound crazy to me.

She went to a few doctors, and they couldn't find anything. So she's been seeing some practicioners of alternative medicine. They think she picked up a parasite in Thailand, and are treating her with herbs and other hokey stuff. I've tried not to butt in, but I'm growing increasingly concerned.

My skin reacts to every bandaid I've tried (and I've tried all the kinds at the pharmacy and grocery store). It gets red and inflamed and sore...much worse than the cuts I use them to cover. The same applies for medical tapes. Does anyone have any ideas for how I can keep a wound moist and clean with a different covering? No covering at all causes the ointment to wear off and/or gets things stuck in it...not very sanitary. New skin works sometimes, but isnt' always workable. Thanks!
