There are a few smoke shops near to where I live. I'm wondering if they would sell something like a small glass pipe to me. I'm a minor and I live in California.

I'm not looking for a lecture about morals or why smoking is bad, just a yes or no and preferably a legitimate reason. Thanks!

They're not supposed to.
Also, if you mention anything illegal they're not supposed to sell to you. These items are supposed to be sold for tobacco use only.
Of ocurse everyone knows what they're really used for, but in order to sell them legally buyer and seller must maintain the fiction that the item is intended for legal use only.

most wont but some will. it all depends on how old you look. just remember that if they were to sell a piece to you and there was an under cover in the store then you and they guy that sold it to you will get in alot of trouble. its not worth the risk just go in with a friends older brother or sister and have them buy it for you. just dont make it obvious she/he is buyingit for you.

No. It is illegal and they could be heavily fined.
