RE:
What is the chemical symbol for Kryptonite?

Krypton is Kr. Sulfite is SO3, so kryptonite would probably be KrO3. The crystal would also contain a metal ion to balance the charge, probably copper because it is green. The chemical formula would probably be CuKrO3. However, kryptonite doesn't really exist outside of the superman world as krypton does not react with other elements

There is no element on the periodic table called "Kryptonite". That is a fictional element made up in comic books. However, there IS a noble gas named Krypton (chemical symbol Kr). It is atomic number 36 with an average atomic weight of 83.80 - for those who like to know those things - and no, it can not bring Superman to his knees.

Kryptonite is a fictional element from the Superman comic book series I
t is speculated that kryptonite may be located in a hypothetical "island of stability" high on the periodic table, beyond the currently known unstable elements, in the vicinity of atomic number 150. The transmutation of Earth's kryptonite could be explained by the acceleration of its natural atomic decay under this theory.

The different forms of kryptonite may represent multiple allotropes or isotopes of green kryptonite, or a more exotic variation in composition based on currently unknown particles.

Unbihexium (IPA: /ˌʌnbʌɪˈhɛksiəm/) is an unsynthesized chemical element with atomic number 126 and symbol Ubh, of interest because it is in the hypothesized island of stability.
Under normal chemical nomenclature the -ite suffix would denote a compound (e.g. the compound uranite contains the element uranium). Thus the name implies that kryptonite is a compound and not an element (something supported by the "tar" analysis in the third Superman movie). This issue is normally overlooked in the comic books, but a non-canonical game sourcebook did refer to kryptonite as "the common ore of the super-actinide Kryptonium, an unusually stable transuranic element, whose atomic number is believed to be 126." The half-life of kryptonium is listed as 250,000 years. (Stern, Roger (1992) Superman: The Man of Steel Sourcebook Mayfair Games)

Kryptonite is not a real element!!!
But Krypton is and the chemical symbol for it is Kr; it is a noble gas

KRYPTON is Kr and is an element and a noble gas. Although there is no real Kyptonite. The ending -ite is a chemical term to donate a compound with a low to medium oxidation state, sulphite, sulphide, sulphate are all ions of sulpur with oxygen diffetent oxidation states

So in theory kyptonite would be a compound that would constist of Kr and oxgyen in the form of KrxOy.

The chemical symbol is Da. You may be wondering why Da. It is for the word Dumbass. Kryptonite is not real. It a fictional substance.
