Other people seem to know more about other people's religions and beliefs better than the individuals themselves?

I see so many answers of people stating as fact about other religions, when they clearly know absolutely nothing, no wonder everyone is always argueing in here?

Instead of putting even more satellites to spy on us, why don't governments get together and stick a bunch of huge fans in space to help cool down the earth and mitigate the effects of global warming? is this possible? would it work? if this leads to something remember you read it here first!

She owns a roughly 40-y/o mobile home on a 13-acre lot that has been falling apart for years. Many appliances and fixtures don't work, and it's cluttered from deceased family members' possessions. I have respected her wishes to let her process all the stuff alone, but now she's having health issues; besides, I'm weary of seeing her being dragged down by the condition of the place, whether or not she'll admit to it! I will have to address it sooner or later anyway, as her next of kin. Neither of us has the money to stick a new house on the lot, what with all the attendant expenses of doing so. Does anyone have an idea how I can step in and make her surroundings an actual home, without riding roughshod over her and with no financial backup? Thanks...

Saying the 'Democrat' Party instead of the Democratic Party.

I was informed of this about a few months ago and am wondering if the public is noticing it. This was originally used as an 'inside' jab at Democratic politicians and I haven't noticed the public doing it.. that's why I'm asking.

I've heard Bush, Rush L., and even Republic congressional members on the congressional floor use it. Bush actually used it in a press conference right after the Nov. elections.

I've started referring to the Republican party as either Republic Party or the Party of Republics. I considered saying fascist republics the way neocons say 'liberal democrat' but honestly, that is unfair because I know not all Republics are fascists.

Anyone else noticed this?

My son had a dream last night that left him so terrified, he came into my bedroom shaking. He is 11 years old. He dreamt that he was in "this mansion" and that dead people and "evil things" were chasing him, trying to kill him. They finally did kill him, and he woke up. Any ideas on how to interpret this? He was TERRIFIED. Zombies seem to be the recurring theme he has in his dreams, but I've never seen him this scared. He said he hadn't seen any scary movies or video games to spark this.

I got back the "Y" DNA gene markers on a separate sheet, the "Mitochondrial" DNA gene markers on a separate sheet, and Map of the World with shaded areas on it. Is there an easy way to tell what the DNA markers correlate with? E.g., "Marker XYZ" is Mediterranean (or African, or Native American, etc. in origin).

Im going today to get from my shoulder to my elbow sleeved out. Well they have to do all the outline and small deails today then when it heals I go and get it colored in and finished.
