They say it never rained before the flood but I was just wondering if lightning existed before the flood.

I know the two are for the most part unrelated but since I don't have the Holy Spirit I don't know the answer to this question.

I saw 24 for the first time the other night, only at the insisting of my coworker who adores the show. I found it times boring, other than when Kiefer Sutherland was in the scene. She stated that it was not one of their best ones, but after the season premier, they probably wanted a breather. She stated that I need to give it time. I told her that I did not think the show would survive with the Kiefer Sutherland character of Jack Bauer.

I discovered some white powder on my pants and obviously I did not do something smart and went to smell it to see if it was some body powder.

Now I am thinking if there is the Anthrax bacteria. Is there other possibilities of white powder found on pants? BTW the pants are just washed and I do not live in developing countries.

Do you miss the 80s? I was just a small kid when 80s vanished, but I remember the nights were great, the music coming out those days were so lovely and memorable - that keyboard sound with guitar solos! Those denim jeans! Those lego boxes! Those matchbox, majorette metal mini cars! Those t.v plays like Airwolf, Perfect Strangers, Full House (things were made for families those days)! I miss 80s do you?

My little sister is 19 and just found out she is pregnant. She has never had a job, no car, never had any responsabilities. I don't know how she is going to support the baby, my fathers income is very little, and she still lives with my parents. The baby's father isn't going to be around. To look at her situation, she is having a baby for my mother to raise. My parents are older and both have health problems. What I am looking for here, is young single mothers who have sucess stories. I need to not only motivate and encourage her, but encourage and comfort my mother. I know everything will work out, but I don't know how.

So refreshing to see a real man who served in the military, whose son is in the Marines in Iraq, talking some sense from a position of experience and authority. Such a nice change of pace from the Vietnam deferment seekers, the National Guard dodgers, those "with better things to do" than serve.

And, boy, did he bring it. Can we get this guy on the ticket for 2008? I want to hear more. I want to see all the chickenhawks try to measure up to his clout when speaking about war.

Haven't heard that kind of thing since Howard Dean. What's it called again? Oh yeah, HONESTY.

I don't understand the circumstances under which someone who has died would not say the following: "OH, I am such an idiot! Everything the Mormon missionaries said was true!" And then the person would accept the "Gospel" and a temple baptism by proxy and anything else he or she can do to increase their exaltation. Can somebody draw me a picture?

By the way, this is a serious question, so I'd like serious responses. And the more documentation the better. It doesn't do either of us any good otherwise.
