Depends on the level of responsibility you're willing to accept. If low maintenance is key then a cat or caged critter may be best. If you prefer to interact with your pet more and want to put some work in shaping their character then a dog is good for you.

depends on the question is it just something your curious about or are you really thinking of getting a pet?

If this is just curiosity then i would say get a sheep lol they are so cute and very devoted to the person that cares for them.

if its serious i would say it depends on you. what accomodation could you provide? have you got enough money to look after this pet until its no longer aound? have you got time for a pet? what would you consider a suitable pet for yourself.

You must be more detailed with your question.

I can say Great Danes make wonderful pets and you could be living in a studio. Which they do.

I can say Rabbits are great pets also. You could be allergic.

So my advise for your question is get fish.

Get a dinosaur....! Why? Because if you ask a broad question without much info, you get a silly question...!

It depends on your age, how much time you have to spend with the animal, if you have a garden, if you have children/babies etc

Maybe you could add additional information and you could get a more related answer.

Degus!! They look like a cross between a chinchilla and a gerbil. They are just so funny! They are really active and friendly, and really clever aswell. You can tame them really easily and can even get them to respond to your voice. Mine make cute little noises, and all have their own personalities.

good luck!
