My teeth are very crooked, one tooth is almost totally behind another tooth, is it cheaper to have the front ones pulled and replaces with permanent dentures, or to get braces?

I have been prescribed Troprol xl 25 mg. I started out on samples from the Dr.'s office. When i went back for my check up the office didint have any more. I was without the med for approx two weeks, My BP spiked to 160/105, I have recieved more med. but now I have constant dizziness and palpations which worsen upon sitting upright. I do feel some mild discomfort in my chest occasionally. Side effects of this med states that it causes dizziness. But should I be worried?

Also, cannot set the cruise control. Wipers work in all modes but will not dispense any fluid.Just seems to be everything on the steering wheel itself. Had an shady after market stereo put in, will any miswirings cause this or would it be more of fuse or fusible link related. Already purchased and installed a new horn relay which supplies power to the cruise control with no joy. Other than those small details, car runs like a champ.

Here goes. I've been having this recurring dream. First night, I dreamed I was out with my friends (my girlfriend included) at a pizza place somewhere. Later, while we were chatting and eating, I looked out the restaurant's window and I saw this old lady (back-view only) maneuvering her wheelchair to cross the street. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a 10 wheeler truck runs her over. I call the attention of my 8 friends (plus my girlfriend). But no one in the group saw what happened and they swore there never was an lady and 10 wheeler truck. Except for my best friend who says he saw it too. Next night, I dreamed I was in my girlfriend's house. After making out with her, I went to the balcony, to get some air. Then, there it was! The same old lady, and the same 10 wheeler! Third night, I dreamed there was this family reunion. The same thing happened. Different street, same old lady, same 10 wheeler. This time my grandpa and my brother saw it too.

Me and my boyfriend have been together almost 2 years, the last two years have kinda been bumpy ( off and on) the big problem is one of the times i broke up with him was because he had lied to me about alot of stuff like drugs and going out to his friends houses and choosing to lie to me when he knows i don't care if he goes and see's and hangs out with his friends.
